How many bundles will I need for a sew-in or to make a wig?
The number of bundles needed depends on the look you desire—whether it’s a natural everyday style or full, glamorous volume—as well as the length and texture you select.
Recommended bundles for a full head installation:

20–26 inches: 4 bundles (recommended)

28–30 inches: 5–7 bundles (recommended)
Your licensed stylist can help you determine what’s best for your specific look, head size, and desired fullness.
Can I color, cut, or style my hair?
Absolutely. All XLIII X-T3N5ON extensions are made from 100% raw, unprocessed human hair, which means you can color, cut, and style them just like your natural hair.
Please keep in mind: just like your own hair, our raw extensions require regular maintenance and hydration to maintain their luster and longevity.
We strongly recommend having your hair colored or treated by a licensed professional stylist to preserve the integrity of the hair.

Can I straighten curly hair?
We do not recommend straightening curly or wavy textures. Applying heat may alter or permanently loosen the natural curl pattern.
If sleek, straight styles are your preference, we suggest purchasing one of our raw straight textures instead.
How long will my hair last?
With proper care and maintenance, XLIII X-T3N5ON hair can last 4+ years or longer. Because it’s 100% raw human hair, its lifespan depends entirely on how well it’s cared for.
Our Curly textures can last 6 months or longer when properly maintained. To extend the life of your extensions:

Avoid cutting or sewing through the wefts.

Gently detangle with a wide-tooth comb.

Keep hair moisturized and avoid heavy or alcohol-based products.

Co-wash regularly and deep condition when needed.
Remember, raw hair behaves like your natural hair—it thrives when treated with care.
Is the hair ready to wear?
Our bundles, closures, and frontals are not pre-styled and will require customization or professional styling.
If you order a custom unit, it will arrive styled, plucked, and pre-bleached for a ready-to-wear experience.

What is a closure or frontal?
A closure is designed to recreate a natural-looking part and is typically sewn or glued into place.
A frontal extends from ear to ear, providing full hairline coverage for maximum styling versatility.
Both options deliver a seamless, scalp-like appearance while protecting your natural hair underneath.

What types of payment do you accept?

Can I cancel my order?
We’re sorry, but once an order is submitted, it cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.

Can I dye my hair extensions or wig?
Yes! All XLIII X-T3N5ON extensions and wigs can be dyed or bleached by a professional colorist.
Always perform a strand test before applying any chemicals to achieve your desired result safely.
What if my order arrives late and I miss my hair appointment?
XLIII X-T3N5ON is not responsible for any missed appointments, cancellation fees, or charges related to late arrivals.
Please schedule your hair appointment after your order has been delivered and inspected.
Why did my payment fail?
Payment failures can occur for several reasons:

Billing and shipping addresses must match (except for Apple Pay).

Insufficient funds or exceeding your card limit.

Do you accept refunds?
We do not issue cash refunds. PLEASE GET ROUTES INSURANCE ON ALL ORDERS. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!!
Why are my hair extensions tangling?
Tangling can occur due to dryness, buildup of oils or product, saltwater, chlorine exposure, or lack of detangling.
To prevent tangles:

Wash and condition your hair regularly (at least twice a week).

Use a wide-tooth comb or detangling brush.

Keep your hair moisturized and avoid heavy, greasy products.
If buildup occurs, cleanse with a gentle sulfate free shampoo followed by a deep moisturizing conditioner.
Can I make changes to my order after purchase?
Unfortunately, no. All orders are processed daily to ensure fast delivery, so we cannot alter, combine, or adjust orders once payment has been completed.

What is “raw hair”?
Raw hair refers to hair that has not been chemically processed, steamed, or altered in any way. It’s cut directly from the donor, washed, and wefted.
Each bundle may vary slightly in wave pattern or color tone, which is a true sign of authenticity and quality.
What is your preorder process?
Preorders are made to secure hair before it arrives at our facility.
Processing Time: 5–7 business days
Shipping Time: 2–4 business days
Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed.
We recommend adding Route Package Protection at checkout to safeguard your purchase.
Please note: Preorders cannot be canceled or modified once submitted.
How do I maintain my raw hair?
To preserve the longevity of your hair:

Detangle using a wide-tooth comb from ends to roots.

Avoid alcohol-based or heavy styling products.

Store in a satin bag or bonnet when not in use.
With proper care, your extensions can last 4+ years or longer.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We proudly ship worldwide. International orders may take additional time for customs clearance.
Please note that customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the system.
If your tracking shows no movement after several days, contact the carrier directly or email support@xliiix-t3n5on.com for assistance.
What if I receive the wrong item or a defective product?
We take quality control seriously. If you receive the wrong item or a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
We will review your request promptly and provide an exchange or resolution in line with our luxury brand standards.
Do you offer maintenance products or recommendations?
We’re curating a collection of premium hair care essentials specifically formulated for raw hair textures — launching soon.
In the meantime, we recommend sulfate-free shampoos, moisturizing conditioners, and lightweight serums that protect the cuticle and enhance natural shine.
